Trust you're well. Markets looking spooky as in people starting have the GUT FEEL.
What if we think we have Free Will... but "WHAT IF" in fact those bots / algos digitizing everything math like controlling influencing human life... from behavioral to ethics to personal.

That’s a good point but I think the elite still have to take care of their minions and they have a lot of money to move around. Not ez for them to get in and out too quickly. This is not the big one like last year but a midsized move in my opinion. The Illuminati puppets like the number 33 so I’m looking for tqqq to be down 33% but that’s just for folly.

I made a bigger addition in Tqqq @75 and basically all in unless I want to bring more in for the potential dip that might happen to 69. Either way with patience I think it’s a big winner.
So basically I’m sitting on my hands and doing nothing and it feels oh so good.

For the newbies, I only invest a moderate amount in the market but have acquired my fairly massive wealth through real estate. The potential for greater wealth in the market exists but it’s too ez to press a button and sell when panicked, in real estate not so ez.

Golden rule, NEVER put more than a few million in the market, in real estate go ahead and put 8 times that.

Very true -- emotions make click buy/sell easy. You think Real Estate is still place to invest...what about raw land like that GATES dude.
For short short term..i think the dip is over - will know on MONDAY lol

I wanted to buy a farm during this year but the cheapest one was like 300k and up to10mil since I’m near wine country, but was alot cheaper further out. I’m too old to farm but want to. I grow what I can in the yard but the pool takes up a lot of room. I’ve got Swiss chard tomatoes herbs oranges lemons limes figs kumquats etc. last time the real estate market collapsed in an odd pattern around the stock market, it’s hard to tell but I feel there is at least 1 more good year then possible dump or things will go up for 5 years and all will be super expensive. My father just passed in Greece and it’s been a nightmare trying to untangle that web of acquisition as the lawyer says he left 25 properties. I don’t need them but I appreciate them for my 3 kids futures which may be bleak if inflation continues to rise.
Would be nice if someone would do a study of how housing has timed the stock market historically.
