No personal experience with either the provider in general nor specifics with the Quant rating system, but so as not to leave a vacuum, if you dare...
There are a lot of positive reviews on the Net, including YouTube videos offering opinions (example): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXZ0leb1tjc
But StockGumshoe was only moderately impressed: https://www.stockgumshoe.com/reviews/seeking-alpha/
As with any product/service reviews there may be a lot of shills in addition to honest reviewers, so always proceed with care and more than a grain of salt.
