newbie needs help. I am looking for a filter that can look divergence situations where latest histogram trough lower than the previous one while stock trends down. Thanks in advance.

You didn't specify any time frames for the two troughs, but here's a start to give you some ideas.

for the same time frame, what if i want to find stocks price trending downwards and most recent trough smaller than previous trough.
