I have a filter
close 13 days low 8 days ago
can someone explain to me what this does. is it starting the calculation for the 13 day low from 8 days ago or is it giving me the 13 day low 8 days ago? Your help is much appreciated

It returns the 13 day low of the close with an 8 day offset.
