6/27/2004 11:56:57 AM Due to a recent ruling by the SEC, insider trades are now reported within 24 hours. http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/33-7881.htm The only place I have been able to get this information is thru a $175.00 membership site, however, since this is SF, I will not do any advertising for another "pay site" on this forum. I have since joined and have access to this information. 6/27/2004 4:27:05 PM TxTrapper, Is very nice of you to post the information on your web site! But, if it's from the pay service, I doubt it's legal. I'm no lawyer, so I could well be wrong. But from what I've seen with pay data, there's usually a Terms Of Service agreement that prohibits redistribution of the data. Since you've signed up, you have (at least implicitly, and maybe explicitly) agreed to be bound by the TOS. I certainly don't want to pop your bubble of charity, but I don't want you getting yourself in hot water, either! Breach of contract and/or theft of services are no laughing matter. Of course, if the data is available for free from other sources (SEC, perhaps?), then it'd be pretty hard (I think) for the pay service to enforct that part of the TOS... Just my 2cents... HTH, C |

7/2/2004 11:08:26 AM Hi txtrapper, I just came across your multiday RSI filter 0f 4/13/2004: ---Slow Stochastic(5) Fast %K is below 20 and RSI(2) is below 2 for the last 3 days and Average Volume (10) is above 100000 and close is between .13 and 5--- and got a whole bunch of reds. I was looking for an indication for entry. Am I missing somthing? MMF |
